Studio Artist, Gardener, Flower Farmer & Your Farmer Florist

Hi, I'm Stacey. Flower farming is where my three lifelong loves — gardening, art, and people — finally came together.

I've gardened for as long as I can remember

  • Starting alongside my mom as a little girl

(I even grew a shade garden of impatiens as a kid and sold the plants to raise money for band.) I kept plants all through college, where I majored in studio art at a small liberal arts school, and I've been an avid perennial gardener for decades since.

  • Six years ago I fell hard for dahlias

Those impossible, Fibonacci-perfect blooms that still leave me in awe — and kept expanding, adding specialty cut flowers grown from seed. 2026 marks year three of suburban flower farming here in Connecticut (zone 6B).

  • I sell at my hometown Wilton Farmers' Market

Through custom orders for events and gifts, and wholesale to florists. I'm a people person at heart, so my favorite part is handing someone flowers and watching their face light up over something I planned, grew, and designed.

  • My design philosophy is abundance

An abundance of color, variety, and shape. I plan my palettes but steer clear of formulas — the small differences and complexities are what make each bouquet, like each of us, interesting and one of a kind.

Combining color and texture into an arrangement is my studio-art training, put to its most beautiful use.
